Insurance Information
South Bay Mental Health Center accepts the following insurances:
Early Intervention services are billed to insurance companies. The Department of Public Health covers costs that are not paid by insurance companies including deductibles and co-payments. The Department of Public Health also covers the cost of services in the event that a child is without insurance. Screenings and assessments are provided at no direct cost to families. Depending on your family size and income, your Early Intervention program will determine if there is an annual cost participation fee to receive services. Referral Information To make a referral at any South Bay program, please call our Intake Department at 1-800-244-4691 or (508) 427-5362. A knowledgeable and caring Intake Coordinator will provide you with information about South Bay's programs. Intake Coordinators will also help to identify insurance benefits and assist with any necessary approvals for services. |
