Current Employees
Each employee's personnel file will contain a copy of all current licenses and registrations. Employees must notify the Human Resources Department of new licenses/degrees or changes in licensure/degree status immediately. Employees must also provide the Human Resources Department with documentation of continued licensure status at the time of each renewal. Employees who lose licensure or are subjected to any disciplinary actions by a licensing or certifying body must notify the Company. Employees are responsible for maintaining documentation for licensure requirements, such as documentation of licensed supervision hours. Employees who have additional questions about required licenses and/or degrees should consult with their supervisor or the Human Resources Department. Massachusetts Boards of Registration The following links are to the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure's Boards of Registration for many relevant professional licenses. The Boards of Registration provide the necessary licensure requirements, application forms, and other services for licensees and prospective licensees. You can also check the status of your license and expiration date on the Boards' websites. Please contact the applicable Board for more information about your license or becoming licensed in Massachusetts.
