Early Childhood Services Clinical Supervisor (Master’s Degree Required)

Brockton

South Bay Mental Health seeks dynamic leaders to assist in supervising our well-established Early Intervention Program in Brockton and Fall River.  The responsibilities of this exciting leadership position include supervising EI staff, providing program development, and providing direct service & service coordination for EI children and families.  This energetic leader will lead a team of social workers, psychologists, family therapists, educators, nurses, and allied health professionals. 

 

This is a great leadership opportunity for an energetic, skilled, and motivated clinician. A master’s degree is required; licensed or license eligible clinician with a minimum of 2 years experience is preferred.  Candidates should possess experience with disadvantaged families & young children along with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Early Childhood Educator (Bachelor's & Master's Level)
Brockton, Fall River, Lowell
Educators provide family-based services to at-risk infants, toddlers, and their families as part of South Bay's transdisciplinary team. This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or Child Development and experience working with young children and families. Educators provide direct care to children and families including: developmental evaluations and assessments, curriculum development and group work, service coordination and parent support and education.

Social Worker (Master's Level)
Brockton, Fall River, Lowell

Social Workers work with children and families receiving Early Intervention services. You will work with young children with behavior and attention difficulties, disabilities, and developmental and environmental issues. You will also provide services to parents and family members and consultation to team members. Candidates must possess MSW degree and current licensure as a LCSW or LICSW by the Massachusetts Registry of Social Work. Full-time positions are available with flexible schedules.

Master's-Level Psychologist
Brockton, Fall River, Lowell
Psychologists work with children and families receiving Early Intervention services. You will work with young children with behavior and attention difficulties, disabilities, and developmental and environmental issues. You will also provide services to parents and family members and consultation to team members. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical, Educational or Developmental Psychology or current LMHC or LMFT licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration. Full-time positions are available with flexible schedules.

South Bay currently seeks Registered Nurses to work as part of our team of specialists. You will provide services for infants, toddlers and families, and consultation to team members and families. Occupational Therapist
Brockton, Fall River, Lowell

South Bay is looking for Occupational Therapists with pediatric interest to join our growing teams. As part of our team, you will provide developmental assessments, consultations, and family-based OT services. SI experience is preferred. Full and part-time positions with flexible schedules are available. Candidates must possess current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals.

Physical Therapist

Physical Therapists provide assessments, consultations, and family-based services as part of South Bay's dedicated team of specialists. Pediatric experience is preferred. Full and part-time positions with flexible schedules are available. Candidates must possess current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals.

Speech & Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)

We currently seek Speech and Language Pathologists to provide assessments, consultations, and family-based services as part of South Bay's dedicated team of specialists. Pediatric experience is preferred. Full and part-time positions with flexible schedules are available. Candidates must possess current licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be in the clinical fellowship year (CFY) prior to being granted a CCC.
