Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Lowell Gain valuable experience as you provide direct services to children and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs. Qualified candidates should have 2 years relevant experience in supervising and writing behavior plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments and identifying, implementing and evaluating intervention strategies. Supervisory experience and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Education Psychology or related field needed. LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, or BCBA is preferred. You will coordinate and implement services for caseloads for the Division including direct speech and language therapy services utilizing a transdisciplinary service mode to families, visits and co-visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family, consulting with team members in the development of individualized plans and trans-disciplinary services for assigned clients and conducting assessments and providing family-based services as part of our dedicated team of specialists.
Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) granted by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. Pediatric experience is preferred. Physical Therapist Job Code: SBW:PT We will also accept Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA). Physical Therapy Assistants provide family- based services as part of South Bay’s dedicated team of specialists. Pediatric experience is preferred. Full and part-time positions with flexible schedules are available. Candidates must possess current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals. Trauma Institute Director South Bay Mental Health seeks a dynamic leader to oversee our well-established Trauma Institute. The responsibilities of this senior level position include training, program development, and providing program and community consultation to programs serving children and families who are survivors of trauma. This position may also include clinical supervision. A master’s level license is required and a minimum of 5 years experience is preferred. Candidates must have expertise in trauma recovery and should have a background of working with children and families who are survivors of trauma.
