Health & Wellness



Medical Insurance Benefits
Employees have a choice of three pre-tax comprehensive medical plans offered through Tufts Medical Health Plan. Our Employer contributions allow the employee and their dependents a range of health care services with affordable co-pays to subsidize their health care and well being.

Retirement, Tax Advantage Plans, & Savings



401 & Roth 401 (K) Plan
Employees may contribute 1 to 100% and receive a discretionary company match. Employees are offered a variety of investment options to choose from, through The Hartford, our 401 (K) Plan Administrator. To help with those tough investment decisions, employees have access to a free financial portfolio for personalized investment advice through our advisor, Liquid Capital. Employees have the option of selecting a pre-tax 401(K) Plan or a post-tax Roth 401 (K) Plan.

529 College Savings Plan
Direct Pay plans through payroll deductions allow employees to invest on a post-tax basis for higher education for themselves or dependents. Earnings on savings grow tax-free, and if used for qualified higher education expenses, can be tax-free at the time of withdrawal.
