South Bay Adult Day Services
South Bay's programs provide collaborative psychosocial rehabilitation to adults with psychiatric disabilities through a shared culture of recovery that extends into the community. South Bay's Adult Day Services Division serves the communities of Brockton, Fall River, Plymouth, South Yarmouth and Worcester, Massachusetts. The Partial Hospital Program is used as a hospital diversion or to reduce the length of psychiatric hospitalization. The Psychiatric Day Treatment Program is for individuals who need a less intensive level of care.
The Adult Day Services TeamOur strength-based treatment model is designed to address each individual's unique areas of need and ability. The dedication and skills of South Bay's teams reflect this approach. The Adult Day Services teams consist of physicians, psychiatric clinicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, mental health counselors and therapists. They are trained in a variety of specialty areas including substance abuse, mental illness and dual diagnosis.
